S.M.L.P School  Mamalakkandam 

            The idea for a generation of a school was brought up by Kappilammuttil Kunjukitty who had no education in school due to lack of school. When the school was a member of the N.K Krishnan Rajya Sabha, the school was allotted. N. K Krishnan (April 12, 1913 - November 24, 1992) Joined the Rajya Sabha in 1970. November 10-1970 to April 1974

            Indira Gandhi died when mother Santhamma was 24 years old.

In these statistics, the year Amma came to Mamalakkandam  in 1965.
After school construction permits, other items like cement, etc. were also approved.
The cement had been brought to Mamala from the 4th  mile due to lack of transport.
The cement was approved by about 400 bags. Permission has been granted to cut timber for school building.The timber agreement has been withdrawn due to this license.As soon as the strike stopped, the cement went off as a blanket.  After completing the work, the school decided to build the school again.The first headmaster was Bhaskaran Mash who started the study year.Other teachers were Varghese and Dhamodharan, a native of Kuttampuzha.Those who went ahead with the goal of school building

2) Keshavan - Chellimattam

3) Nanu - Pulliyil

4) Kunjukutty - Kappillamoottil
